1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Visualz WebScan (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Visualz WebScan scans a website URL you submit: it crawls pages that are publicly reachable (the same pages any visitor or search engine could reach), runs automated technical audits against them, and uses AI to analyze page content for business-relevant issues. It produces a report of findings and category scores.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to only submit URLs for websites you:

• own, or
• are otherwise authorized to test.

Visualz WebScan is a business-intelligence tool, not a penetration-testing or security-exploitation tool. It only requests pages a normal visitor could reach — it does not attempt to bypass logins, rate limits, or access controls. You may not use the Service to scan sites you don’t have the right to test, to overload a third party’s infrastructure, or to gather information for any unlawful purpose.

4. Accounts

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. No warranty

Scan results, scores, and AI-generated findings are produced by automated tools and language models. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are not professional, legal, security, or accessibility-compliance advice, and we make no guarantee about their accuracy. You’re responsible for independently verifying anything you act on.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visualz WebScan and its operators aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on scan results.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these terms, including the acceptable-use rules in Section 3.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Paid orders are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which explains when a cancellation or refund applies.
