• Scan data: the URLs you submit, and the content of the pages we crawl from those sites (text, structure, and technical signals needed to produce your report).
• Basic usage data needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

• run the scans you request and generate your report,
• maintain your account and let you view past scans,
• operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Third parties we share data with

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Service. Data passes through them only as needed to deliver your scan:

• A database and authentication provider, which stores your account and scan data.
• A background job runner, which executes the crawl and analysis for each scan you submit.
• An AI provider, which receives the text content of crawled pages in order to analyze it for the Content, Conversion, and Customer Experience categories of your report.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and scan history for as long as your account is active, so you can refer back to past reports. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and row-level access controls on stored data — to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and scan data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

7. Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
